      Pros

      Plenty of hours, good benefits.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, even with a decent amount of tenure with the company, you will remain an asset number that can be eliminated with the click of a button. Some of the smaller camps used to have a small company feel, but that is no longer the case.

      Pros

      Lots of product lines and can change product lines and locations if you desire to do so. Stuck to time off and helped with training and education as long as it pertained to job.

      Cons

      Large company only was promoted once in 3 years because I talked to management about leaving for another opportunity.

      Pros

      Good people who respect each another. Stable work in spite of economic conditions with fantastic benefits package. Rapid market growth due to donations from community priming the pump for future prosperity.

      Cons

      Government work in poor economic conditions. Organization can be slow in adopting additional revenue streams due to government regulations. Funding model is not secure and is heavily reliant on politics.
