      Focused on advancing technology, not afraid to invest substantially into R&D equipment. As an oil & gas company, they are beholden to the market, but when the going is good they ramp up and put money where it is needed.

      Cons

      Very sensitive to oil & gas market conditions. Will begin trimming fat early, but cut deep if the margins aren't high enough.
