Pros

Offers the best training of all the oil companies, so you're beyond prepared for your job.

Cons

The engineers do the EXACT same job as people who have any degree. Engineers are salary, whereas those with a different degree (field techs) are hourly. Unfortunately, the hourly employees make wayyyyyy more money than the engineers before they "break out". The schedule is extremely tough. 6 days on, 3 days off, rotating between days and nights. No holidays. 13-17 hour days.
