      Right way, wrong way and the Halliburton way, Oh My

      Pros

      Good starter company to see the workings of the oil and gas industry. Training is good for ideal conditions and the co-workers are on your level.

      Cons

      Company is full of entitled kids out of college who want everything an experienced employee has work years for, Safety is a word Halliburton uses in place of common sense, don't turn your back on anything. Money is well below competitors and promises are the first thing to go when things get tight.

      No chance for advancement, unless highly degreed. Strict dress code, small cubicles.
