Bad place to work

Pros

Cool technology but quickly being out dated

Cons

Poor management, very limited knowledge base makes it hard to learn job and progress. Out of the hundreds of people I have met most quit and those that stay do not like the culture or pay.

Pros

Experience is good from a big company. Benefits are good along with employee stock purchase program. Many different areas of oilfield services available to work in.

Cons

Large company that is slow moving to get anything done. New hire process and training program was very unorganized. Pay is lower than market average. Work/life balance is more work less life. Comes with the territory of the job and hiring managers let you know this well before you are given a job offer.
