Great place to start out and get trained.

This is my first production job, but from what I can see it is worth it for the amount of training received. Great opportunity for advancement. No layoffs (but only get a guaranteed 9hrs per working day).

Cons

Other companies base pay starts higher (not sure if the benefits balance that out or not). Can be difficult to get supplies.

Still trying to overcome the good ole boys mentality. Lots of lifers who refuse to make changes.
