Pros

Good potential for bonuses in the field. Competitive pay after getting some experience. Many opportunities, including overseas.

Cons

Weak training for employees. Essentially thrown into the fire. Terrible work life balance. Could work 10 days straight with very few days off. Don't value employees.

Pros

They have great benefits and you can make a lot of money if you work in the field.

Cons

If you are in the field, you have uneducated unprofessional employees in a lead role. They do not have leadership experience, only job related experience. If something goes wrong on the job site, they are quick to point to their subordinates because of their lack of confidence.
