Good leadership, opportunity to grow and develop. Excellent training system with one of the market leaders in the business. If you are committed to the company and show initiative you will rewarded

Cons

Current market conditions are making it difficult for the whole industry at the moment. This has resulted in stagnant salaries and reduced uplifts.

Depending on whether you have a godfather or not, your career will be stacked. Very poor management strategy and rewards not based on competencies. Lack of training and a lot of politics. Poor salaries outside of te US and Europe.
