Pros

Culture and diversity helps to have a open environment and to learn about multicultural experiences. Even it doesn’t have a flexible schedule politics the aren’t control in working hours.

Cons

Downturn of the sector in general had affected in career oportunities and promotions. Reduction of cost have been the main focus in the last couple of years
