      Halliburton a fortune 500 company, stand still during the tough session of recession. Motivating, values an employee skills and hardship. Need lot of improvement for India management.

      1. Too much of politics and favorism 2. No scope defined for office based people.

      Pros

      good paid, take your career and experience to the next level, well organized and systematic, international company, and one of the leading companies in oil services industry

      Cons

      take a lot of your time, always stand on a phone call to cut your vacation, its not halliburton specific con its oil field in general but you work in a harsh remote enviroment for most of the field jobs
