      It's a well established and stable company with a lot of processes and best practices to learn from. It's a great place to learn about basic of a business and venture out from there after.

      It's a traditional company with a fixed group of customers that might prohibits millennial in challenging the status quo and think out of the box.

      Good Pay, Less Work, Good Domain, Good Infrastructure Good Location

      Halliburton Pune is a very stupid company just because of the silly people sitting at the top of Pune management. There will be very bad managers who would not care about employees and only care about their position. The attrition is so high that the entire development team left the organization, mainly because of no work, silly managers, silly policies. No flexible timings. No WFH. Overhyped silly politics. Yes Boss culture at it's best. Absolutely silly and bad managers.
