International Exposure and it's a CV booster. It's good to have their name in your CV.

Cons

Supervisors and Middle management just want the job to be done no matter what. Lacks of opportunity of evolution. No work/life balance, got called many time during my days off to perform some tasks Poor basic salary, and due to market condition benefits and compensation are cut.
