Pros

Good pay as long as they are giving you overtime. During busy times operators would get 80-120 hours a week. They are long days but with a lot of paid rest time.

Cons

Management in the Logging and Perforating service line were unsuited for a leadership role. They played favorites and only help those that did them personal favors.
