This company is a joke.

Pros

Good benefits. Decent pay. Good people.

Cons

Management is a joke. The PSL leadership and the region leadership can't agree on anything. It is a constant battle to get anything done. It is a bunch of self-important rednecks and cowboys running a completely disfunctional organization. If frac-ing gets banned, they won't last 6 months.

Pros

Good training, good pay, alot of oppurtunies if you stick around long enough.

Cons

Everything is based on seniority and not performance. Will have to wait on people hired before you to advance before you are given oppurtunity. If some one is lazy and complacent where they are at, you will stall in your progression.
