Pros

Benefits which include 401k, Stock Plan, Health and Life Insurance at a low rate Great people to work with and cultural diversity There are managers who actually do care about their employees and the company Available tuition assistance; if approved by manager

Cons

Manager discretion on who gets tuition reimbursement for college Typical politics in a corporation with some that enjoy their "power" Some work that moved overseas for cheaper costs Hard to move into other positions (recent career change) Not enough employees to carry the load so current employees are overloaded

Pros

Had first interview at college campus. After two weeks they contacted me if I wanted a second interview and I accepted, They payed for my meals and gas money to drive to where the second interview was going to be held. If you get a second interview you are pretty much in. You wil get very good training and experience.

Cons

Your social life will be over, was working 12-15 hour shifts. If you get at least 6 hours of sleep a day you will be lucky. Was working an 11-3 rotation. 11 days on 3 days off. If you are looking for a nice office job this is definatly not for you.

Pros

-My advise: come in, get a booster for career then leave for a job that would pay 150% more. Or, if you are senior to your career, this is a great place to come and retire. -Great career booster and resume material. -Great retirement plans. -No employee ever gets fired, even if he/she is horrendous at what he/she does.

Cons

-Extremely high turnover. As soon as you build a relationship, that person quits for a better job. -Unhappy place to work at. Everyone seems so depressed/ unmotivated. -Low pay, almost zero chance of advancement. -No worklife balance. Though never spoken, working evenings and weekends are almost expected and is a common practice.
