Pros

One of big 3 oil companies in the world. Working in such a huge multinational gives you experience and teaches you the system.

Cons

Did not follow the month plan correctly so we concentrated on one section only and did not get to learn much about the others.

Pros

Company image boosts your resume for your next big job

Cons

Cabal-like management; loyalty to managers comes before loyalty to work and company. Trainings are politicised.
