Pros

Great benefits, culture of safety, Stop work authority. Overall a good company to work for. If you work in a field position, there is great oppurtunity for advancement. If you happen to work in IT in Houston the same is true.

Cons

Working in IT outside of Houston means you don't really exist. There is no way to move up, and very little hope of transfer. Since 95% of the IT department is based in Houston, this is a problem.
