poor comparative pay long hours (24 hr call) no bonus overworked no balance of life and work no upward mobility salary not representative of worth poor education system and growth support

Pros

Salaries and benefits are in line with other companies, free parking, offices and facilities are nice, day care center onsite, two gyms, and several restaurants, banking, etc.

Cons

Many managers and supervisors are unqualified and are in their positions because of "who" they know, not "what" they know. HR department personnel were not trustworthy and do not really care about people. There were an absurd amount of "empty" offices on our floor...people were being "let go" daily.
