      Benefits were great but were in decline towards the end of my tenure

      HR is terrible. No support for the employees only for management

      Pros

      One of the top oil and gas services company - so opportunities are unlimited. The team that I am working with is wonderful. Every engineer is very knowledgeable and always willing to share knowledge. The team leader is great and he respects every member in the team equally. Even though some times project priorities change it is due to genuine reasons and I have never witnessed dirty politics so far.

      Cons

      Only two weeks of paid vacation for employees working in the company for less than 5 years.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunites after 8 months and greath benefits. Encourged to learn.

      Cons

      Lots of finger pointing between departments, especially upper management. Lack of accountability and most people who've been with the company for 20 plus years have their ways set and won't conform to new business model or strategies. If this were to happen at other companies they would be gone.
