Pros

Decent Pay, Generous Benefits, and normal working hours. They will hold out as long as possible on layoffs, and will generally do whats necessary to keep key employees.

Cons

A sense of purpose can sometimes not be found, a lack of responsibility by people creates problem throughout the organization, and a lack of creativity in how to handle certain situations. A problem of one solution for all problems.

Pros

Top of the line compensation and opportunties. A company that is on the growth curve and present around the world

Cons

Start the business consulting division on the lines of the Schlumberger. It provides the opportunity to cross sell and gives the company an access to the top management
