Pros

When times are good, it is a great place to work and grow your career. The options are there for transferring and promotions. The benefits are good and the pay is on par with the competition.

Cons

With the drop in oil prices comes the restructuring and cost cutting movers. Some are logical and some are based off of some analysts idea on paper of what the job should be. It wouldn't be bad if these analysts have actually done the job.

Pros

The compensation doesn't start out great but you quickly get raises. Also, great benefits.

Cons

Only take this job if you want to eat, sleep and breathe your work. Travel to remote locations about 90% of the time.
