Tenure over Merit Erodes Productivity

Pros

Flexible, hybrid schedule and casual office environment.

Cons

Echo the other reviews on good ole boys club mentality. Promotions are based on tenure/seniority rather than merit and as a result, employee retention is low. When I left the company, 2 others within the same function were leaving as well. The work horses who do the actual work. Productivity quickly erodes when there’s constant confusion from lack of any real guidance and morale goes down the drain fast when it feels like why try, you’re either in the clique or not.

Pros

None!! Nothing worth joining the company for. It’s a waste of time

Cons

- under paid to the point that they have to pay you back for unpaid hours - favoritism - slow growth - just a number - management manages up - the only driver is revenue - too many layoffs - look at the amount of people who left the company - won’t go back even if I were offered a country manager!
