You meet a diverse set of people which can brighten your day. I would actually like my job if the people around me cared and were more professional.

Cons

Management and team are very unproffessional when interacting with each other and customers! They do not train you properly for the account I work for! They just throw you out on the floor. We don't get breaks or a lunch. We work straight through our shift till it's tume to leave or in other words ok to leave. The benefits are not good. I see now why the turnover rate is so high.

It's a good starting point for college students, new immigrants, a second job to earn extra on the side, retirees or housewives.

Cons

Some accounts are good, like Lufthansa. They train you in airport operations like they should. Some accounts are trashy. They treat you like slaves and, as I said, trash.
