Getting to work around airplanes is pretty cool. You get to meet a lot of interesting people and generally everyone you meet is very nice.

Cons

Management is terrible. You're overworked all the time. Hours are NOT flexible at all. (Maybe it was just my specific business manager but asking for a day off even months in advance won't be approved because everything is on an "as needed basis" so your life basically revolves around work.) Zero professionalism.
