Pros

Depending on your account (contracted airline) Duty Managers help you on needed days off, work schedule and training (if you show interest on lead positions). Flight benefits on some accounts.

Cons

Low pay for agents. But come to think of it, $11ish per hour pay is almost the standard hourly rate for the industry (direct hire or not)

Low pay for a lot of work. I don't really feel like I'm a part of the airlines I work for.
