Fun environment, fun work colleagues

Cons

Very poor Management. Threatened to fire staff if not complying with wants of Management ( unfair requests that were not required by company) Covering for sick employees and asked to come in on short notice but when you needed time off they were not there for you. Very one way/one sided management. High turnover in this company.
