Here are a few pros among many more: - Admin staffs are always expecting you to be available for their needs at emergency but doesn't attend to your requests. - Amending the schedule is almost impossible despite countless requests. - No supervisors follow a standard way of doing things , different supervisors expects you to the same task differently and the passenger facing staffs are the one who has to suffer and take the harsh criticism and verbal abuse from passengers. - So much delay in giving new staffs uniforms and criticizing you for not buying it yourself. - Except a few, most supervisors are always yelling and criticizing their staffs. Not acknowledging staffs contributions. and Expecting you to know all. Very tough to survive as a new hire. - Favoritism is widely practiced in this company. - Whenever staffs complains regarding this constant mistreatment from supervisors , higher admins seem to turn a blind eye towards it. No visible action is taken! But extremely fast in taking action against a lower tier employee in case s/he breaks a rule, which is hilarious.

Very easy work. The people are nice too.
