      Pros

      You can learn the aviation business here and flourish through experience and networking.

      Cons

      Salary, benefits and transparency are lacking. You can grow in titles but the financial growth is very slow and caps out on an unsatisfactory level. They have deadlines for you but they don't set deadlines for themselves and lack transparency. Disorganized in many things and don't plan ahead. They lose many great employees due to such management at the corporate level. Zero work life balance. HR is terrible and plays God in situations when they don't know the actual ins and outs of the operations. It's the blind leading the blind.

      Pros

      - If you have no experience and no common sense you will most likely be promoted to a management position. - Incompetence is always appreciated - If you like going behind co-worker's backs to get ahead this is the place for you, most of the people you work with behave this way. - If aviation safety is of no concern to you, you will love working here.

      Cons

      Management at IAH Hallmark Aviation, is possibly the worst anywhere in the company. It's hard to get ahead without conducting an illicit relationship with the Regional Manager Osama Saadi.

      Pros

      The company had a campaign coming from executive management to have everyone write a positive review on Glassdoor to get better rating than other companies. They are not trustworthy in LA.

      Cons

      Poor benefit plan, lack of communication and overall working environment is not pleasant. Low pay
