      The Human Resources is not good at hiring employees in US Recruitment. They have no standard and values and do whatever they want and no proper supervision of work being done in US Recruitment.

      Pros: Friendly and cooperative teammates, especially in the HR and recruitment teams. Good place for freshers to learn the basics of IT staffing, onboarding, and compliance. Opportunity to take ownership of multiple HR functions in a short span. Exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a mid-sized organization.
