      Pros

      Pros: Friendly and cooperative teammates, especially in the HR and recruitment teams. Good place for freshers to learn the basics of IT staffing, onboarding, and compliance. Opportunity to take ownership of multiple HR functions in a short span. Exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a mid-sized organization.

      There are no negatives if we love our work.

      Best work environment with many growth oppurtunities. Also the management is always ready to take the extra step when you need help.
