Great managers and co-workers Decent work environment compared to other warehouses at LDC1 Flexible hours Decent pay Communication is usually good VTO (Voluntary time off) is offered during slow seasons Decent benefits Job is easy to learn

Cons

Required speeds were extremely high Required to move to second building based on seniority during seasonal months Second building's temperature is unregulated Job can become extremely repetitive Required overtime, up to 8 hours during peak seasonal months A lot of walking. I averaged 8 or more miles walked every day. Job quality can vary each day based on where you're assigned to
