Pros

Hallmark is a great company from my experience. I love the openness I feel with my manager and coworkers and the sense of understanding. We get a great employee discount on top of all the sneak peeks on products. My franchise specifically flows well and keeps good business year-round. The hours are flexible which is a great thing for me. The people are really like aspect that makes Hallmark a great place to work.

Cons

For me personally, I have no cons. A lot of retail positions though require dealing with unpleasant people and intense holiday seasons. If you have a difficult time with those components, another industry may be better suited for you.

Pros

Discount for employees is good. Staff is great for the most part.

Cons

Position better suited to older adults with grown children and no other responsibilities. Not conducive to parents with young children or the demands of family life.
