Pros

Flexible scheduling. Feeling of accomplishment when department was put back in order. Great supervisor

Cons

Had to work before and after major holidays. Had to work on Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. Not enough hours allotted to fully service accounts. Feeling of being rushed at every shift.
