Decent for beginners, but could be super frustrating and unreasonable at times

Pros

discount was very generous, they sell the cutest things

Cons

Upper management would want you to upsell everything and would not understand if you didn't want to upsell to someone grieving. If you didn't reach sale goals, they cut hours, which they didn't have much to begin with. You get yelled at a lot by "guests" bc management would pick and choose when to enforce policies.
