A lot of politics and being "thrown under the bus" as you grow into leadership roles Internal adversity between teams and team leads, no teamwork. In such a small company there is a big rift between leadership and the rest of the workers. The pay is below average by a bit in the MSP market. 401k match is garbage. Healthcare benefits are expensive and not the best. Zero paternity leave, minimal maternity. KC vs Minneapolis benefits are 100% different. Career progression is limited due to lack of overall growth. Directions do not align with revenue.
