Great benefits. Some of the colleagues are great to work with.

Cons

Employee turnover is incredibly high. Good talent leave due to poor management by ineffecient bosses and lack of growth. Besides, company keeps restructuring leading to too often and too many layoffs. Risky to plan a long career here.
