Hamilton College - New York reviews

It's clear that this company focuses more on meeting diversity quotas than actually hiring people based on their skills or experience. They say they're committed to inclusive, but when you look at the IT management team, it's all older white men. This makes you question how serious they really are about diversity. They even just promoted someone who doesn't have the qualifications for the job, simply because he looks like the rest of the management team. Instead of creating a fair and merit-based workplace, Hamilton college seems more concerned with checking off diversity boxes. This is not only disappointing, but it also creates a weird work environment where it feels like promotions and job offers are based more on race than real qualifications or abilities.
