Pros

Plenty of on-campus jobs, easy to fit into your class schedule. Certain positions offer internship programs your senior year, which look great on a resume when you're trying to get a real-world job.

Cons

Most jobs are barely above minimum wage, and dont really offer any opportunities to make more money. Also hamilton enforces a strict 20 hour per week maximum per student employee

Superb students. Magnificent physical plant. Skilled teachers focused on teaching. Need-blind admission covering full demonstrated need - serious about being a school of opportunity. Committed and generous trustees. Intimate and engaged community.

Cons

Winters tend to be long. Support systems for multicultural and international students are developing and not fully in place.
