      Pros

      Everyone seems positive and enthusiastic. Especially considering it was mostly a remote environment.

      Cons

      Lack of internal policies and procedures guidelines. I think employees would be more efficient if there was an internal portal that combines agency policy for all mortgage products in one place instead of searching agency websites. Along with company overlays.
