      Nice merchandise. Great location. Company name looks good on a resume.

      Poor management. Very negative company-wide atmosphere. Lack of ethical conduct. Lack of care towards employees. Low compensation.

      Pros

      You get to learn as much as you want about luxury and ultra luxury jewelry and timepieces.

      Cons

      The atmosphere on the surface is quite nice and happy but is poisonous when the clients are not around.
