      Great communication with employees and they motivate their employees to be the best they can be.

      At times it's hard to get a position full time.

      Family owned type business, so small scale. Average pay and qualified workers

      It's great getting people placed in jobs, but there is no job security in the factory type jobs they usually acquire.
