- you work on a point system with up to 8 points - able to get overtime - weekly bonuses

Pros

Breaks every two hours, work from home, don't call you on your scheduled off days, good short term job for introverts

Cons

Yearly raises are a joke, I've only made $3 more than when I originally started, and base pay is $10/hr. Too strict with everything, including clocking in and out.
