cubicle style, no phones, high employee overturn, high supervisor overturn, inconsistent management and discipline, insufficient and unclear training of operators, inconsistent operator expectations

Pros

I loved working for Hamilton Telecommunications because its very fast paced and I love communicating with costumers.

Cons

The only con they had were short breaks.
