Everyone is honest with their feedback, very helpful and willing to teach you the Hamister way. The organization is a breath of fresh air, everyone listens to suggestions, considers it and will implement change that enhances efficiency while maintaining creativity to do things different.

Cons

I wish I would have inquired with Hamister Group sooner than later.
