It was a nice easy place for school

Pros

Classes are small and the professors really do care about you and your studies. Study abroad options are broad and the experience was great.

Cons

It is very expensive and the housing can be ridiculous. Security is more or less a joke. The campus food is terrible.

Great work atmosphere. People are always very helpful and their is a good sense of community. Respected personal time and privacy.

Cons

Working in academia can be slow at times. Some processes are overly bureaucratic. Can't advanced without proper degrees. Lack of communications.
