As a small company, you have many opportunities to gain a wide variety of experience in production and business. In addition, it is apparent that management puts reasonable effort into recognizing their employees.

Cons

Fluctuations in an unstable economy have sometimes created an uncertain work environment. For many employees, this resulted in reduced overtime or required time off. However PTO could usually be used if available.
