      Not the best, not the worst

      Pros

      Fairly stable company. Lots of potential in their industry even though there is lots of competition. Lots of money flowing, you just have to get in the flow.

      Cons

      Rigid, stale, stuffy leadership. Not a creative work environment. Very much the former style of leadership where you keep your head down and act like you are working. They claim to be flexible and relaxed but scream when you stick your head up.

      Pros

      I haven't been here long but a couple things I like is that we are very safety oriented. My boss doesn't make me hurry too much. We have also been getting alot of new equipment which makes the job much more enjoyable

      Cons

      Maybe not a con but we can work alot of hours. For some this is good but if not for you, make sure you understand this.

      Pros

      Not really a whole lot I can think of. I found out everything I thought was good, was actually a lie.

      Cons

      The owners are not trustworthy and they are so out of touch. Working as an AGM for their random business venture, Gunnar's Bourbon, was an experience to say the least. They do not care about employees at these other businesses. They closed down the restaurant with no notice to the employees, in a rural area where jobs are extremely hard to find, let alone for 14 people. Maybe working for their oil company is a better experience, but do not work for a restaurant/distillery owned by them.
