Managment does not get involved with job duties unless you are in trouble, Favoritism and nepotism at this property. Always missing the resources needed to perform job duties. No chance at promotion unless you are favored regardless of competency of job duties. Employees record other employees to report them to management without their coworker's knowledge or permission. Worked here for 3 years but would never return with the staff they have now
