Pros

Management was fairly supportive and patient while training. You are able to stay at other Hampton properties at a discounted rate while traveling which was a perk.

Cons

Upper management was disengaged throughout the day, placing much responsibility on staff members and failing to accomplish much themselves. The pay is bad.. not a livable wage.
