Pros
Hilton has really good room discounts for 35$ the down side is you really can only find the discount in the winter. Another thing is all hiltons are short staffed right now so expect 10 hour shifts or longer. The company has really gone down hill.
Cons
I asked for a raise and was refused but yet ever other employee received one. Once I went down to part time they finally gave me a raise didn’t tell me had to find out from my pay stub. Expect management to only pay attention to you if you are a bad employee. They can’t risk losing people so they give the bad employees what ever they want. Also expect to not have a life out side of work you are luck to get one day off and split days off
